Sports Massage: Approx. 60 mins
A detailed client consultation includes a postural assessment as well as muscle flexibility and strength testing (depending on the injury or
condition). Advice will be given on stretches and / or strengthening exercises as well as injury care and rehabilitation.

Holistic Swedish Massage: Approx. 60 mins
If sports massage is not for you then we offer a holistic Swedish massage this can include your back, neck, shoulders, legs, feet, arms, hands, face and scalp, or any combination of these you prefer. Incorporating aromatherapy oils of your choosing. I tend to work on the areas of the body that require it most. Swedish massage encourages deep relaxation, calms the nervous system and decreases stress, stimulates blood circulation, increasing flow of oxygen and nutrients to cells and tissues, supports the body's natural balance and energy.
Restores flexibility to tight, sore muscles, improving tone and loosens bound fascia.
Reduces pain by stimulating release of endorphins (the body's natural painkiller).
Encourages flow of lymph towards the heart, helping waste to be drained away.
Restores sleeping patters and the body's natural equilibrium.
